and depart by 10.00 am the following Saturday, leaving the property in the
same condition as you found it. You also agree to keep the property and all
the fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in the same state of
repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let and make good
any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday
let.
You cannot allow more than six people to stay in the property, nor can
you take your pet into the property unless you have booked this. If you

if they reasonably believe that any damage is likely to be caused by you
or your party. The owner and key holder have right of access to the property
at any reasonable time of the holiday period it is felt there are reasons
for this access.
If you have to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit if we are
informed within eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday. After
that date you will lose the complete cost of the holiday unless we can
rebook the house for that week. You are advised to arrange insurance cover
for your own protection.
The house and contents are insured but not the personal property of the
holiday tenants. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal
property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage or loss
of such property.
The owner will not be liable for charges, cancellations or any other effort
upon your holiday which is due to any event beyond their control. In such
circumstances all booking monies will be refunded but no compensation
